Challenger Recruitment Ltd started in 2006; our key aim is to provide an 'HONEST' approach to recruiting new staff and finding that dream role with little to no fuss.

Claire Davies (Director) joined forces with the Directors of Challenger Mobile Communications after successfully recruiting staff at all levels over a 9 year period.  We decided to remove all the frustrations from both sides and provide a "ONE STOP SHOP" recruitment service.

Our focus is to build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, recognising the need for a superior commitment. Too much time and money is wasted on the “hit and miss approach”.

In brief:-

•  ALL vacancies at ALL levels and ALL salaries are given the same attention
